Pune : 15 persons killed as compound wall collapsed on their homes

Sumit SinghPune, June 29,2019: In a tragic incident, 15 persons including four children were killed after compound wall of a building collapsed on labour camp in Kondhwa, around 1.40 am Saturday. The deceased labourers hailed from Bihar.After getting information, teams from Pune, PMRDA fire brigades and NDRF rushed to the spot at Alcon Stylus society near HP petrol pump on Kondhwa. The labourers were working for Kanchan Comfort builder and their shanties made of tin were located down the compound wall. People were inside their shanties as it was raining in the area, when the wall collapsed.The work of removing debris is still going on. Officials from Kondhwa police station and ambulance team from 108 are also present.
