Woman kills 6 yr old daughter, commits suicide in Kasarwadi

Pune : In a tragic incident, a 26-year-old woman allegedly strangled her six year old daughter before committing suicide at their house in Kasarwadi. The incident took place on Saturday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Nilam Sachin Bhame and her daughter Lavanya.

Police have found a suicide note from the spot, wherein she has reportedly written that she was taking the extreme as she was unable to keep her husband and family happy.

Officials from Bhosari police station are further investigating the case.
