Ishrat Baug residents demand water supply on time during Ramzan

Kondhwa – Corporator Mrs Nanda Lonkar & Pune Municipal corporation (PMC) officers visited and surveyed Ishrat Baug in Kondhwa with the residents on Friday. Water is the major problem there. Out of 500 houses merely 50 house get water. Timing of water supply is at 01:00 am which last for 40 min with at very low water pressure. As the holy month of Ramzan is ongoing people especially women have requested to change the water supply timings and make it convenient for them at least for a month.
Mrs Lonkar assured immediate water supply to all the houses but seemed doubtful to change the timings immediately as the civic officer who was also present was not able to understand the difficulty faced by women’s of Ishrat Baug !!
