1699 new COVID patients in Pune city, 30 deaths today

Pune, July 30, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 1315 people were discharged from hospitals after being cured of COVID19 in Pune city today. Also, 1699 new patients were detected while 30 people died today. Today swab samples of 6241 people were collected for COVID tests.

 

According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 53,437 out of which 33,938 have been cured while 1284 have died. There are still 18,215 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 927 critical patients out of which 471 are on ventilator support.

 

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 20,317 out of which 12,445 have been cured while 327 have died. 3303 active patients are still undergoing treatment.

 

Across Maharashtra, 11,147 fresh COVID19 cases were reported today while 8860 people got discharged from hospitals today. Also, 266 deaths have been reported in the state today. The total number of positive cases is now 4,11,798 including 2,48,615 discharged and 14,729 deaths. There are 1,48,150 active cases. The recovery rate in Maharashtra is 60.37 % now.

 

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 1,583,792 across the country. Out of this, 1,020,582 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 34,968 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 528,242 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
