2300 Coronavirus COVID patients in Pune district, 99 new patients detected in one day
Pune, May 6, 2020: Pune district on Wednesday (May 6) saw an increase of 99 new Corona new cases. As a result, the total number of COVID19 patients in Pune district has now reached 2,300. In the district, 7 Coronavirus patients have died in a day. So far 127 people have died due to corona in the district.
A total of 86 new Coronavirus patients were found in Pune city on Wednesday. As a result, the number of corona patients in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) area has now reached 2,029. During the day, 7 Coronavirus patients have died in Pune city. 118 Coronavirus positive patients have died in Pune so far. 52 patients were discharged during the day. The city currently has 1,324 active patients, 79 of whom are critical.
In Maharashtra today (May 6), 1,233 new cases of corona have been registered. With this, the total number of COVID patients in the state has reached 16,758. Today, 275 patients in the state have recovered after treatment and have been discharged from the hospital. So far a total of 3094 patients have been cured across the state. Today, 34 patients died in the state. With this, the total number of deaths of corona sufferers in the state has reached 651.
