IT engineer killed in E-way accident
Pune – A 35-year-old NRI techie died in accident after he lost control over his car and hit a container truck from behind near Kamshet tunnel on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway on Friday morning. His wife, aunt and uncle and their grandson have sustained sever injuries.
The deceased has been identified as Jitesh Jagdish Jadhav, a native of Nerul, who worked in South Africa.
He had come to India on May 7 for marriage of his sister and had stayed back for company work.
They were going to Baramati in a car. When they reached near Kamshet tunnel, Jadhav lost control over the vehicle and hit the container ahead.
The injured persons are undergoing treatment at Lokmanya Tilak hospital in Nigdi.
