According to PMRDA officials, land acquisition processes for all three projects are currently underway. The roads are designed to enhance connectivity, reduce congestion, and provide safer and smoother travel for both commercial and residential users.

An officer commented, “These roads are critical to supporting the high-density traffic that flows through the Hinjawadi IT hub and the adjacent industrial zones. Our goal is to create efficient transport corridors that improve the quality of life and enable economic growth.”

Once completed, the new roadways are expected to significantly reduce commute times, improve emergency access, and contribute to the overall ease of doing business in the region.
