Pune: Fergusson College Receives Approval for Additional 11th Standard Divisions
Pune, 11th July 2025: The School Education and Sports Department has granted approval for two additional divisions for 11th standard at Deccan Education Society’s Fergusson Junior College, Principal Dr. Shyam Mude has announced.
As a result, one new self-financed English-medium division each has been approved for the Arts and Science streams. With this addition, the college now has a total of eight Science divisions and four Arts divisions.
Each of the newly approved divisions will accommodate 120 students.
Admissions to 11th standard are being conducted through the centralized online admission process. Today (Sunday) is the final deadline to set preferences for the second round. Students and parents can select Fergusson College accordingly in their choice list.
