Pune: ED Releases Avinash Bhosale’s Properties
Mumbai/Pune, 6th August 2025: The Enforcement Directorate (ED), following a high court order, has released the attached assets of Avinash Bhosale’s company, ARA Properties.
The properties, which house numerous offices of his companies, were originally seized in a money laundering case.
Although a special PMLA court had discharged Bhosale in 2022-23, the ED had not previously released the assets. This led Bhosale to move to the high court, which then directed the ED to unfreeze the properties.
The ED confirmed to the court that it had informed relevant authorities, including the Inspector General of Registration and the Chairman of the society occupying the property.
The ED stated that since it had discharged all the accused, the appellate tribunal also set aside the attachment order. “ This order has been accepted. Therefore, it is requested that the property be released,” the ED said.
