Mumbai, 28th August 2025: Director SS Rajamouli has unveiled the teaser for Baahubali: The Epic, a special release that combines both parts of the iconic franchise, on the 10th anniversary of the original Baahubali film.
The teaser showcases the storylines of Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) and Baahubali: The Conclusion (2017) in a single, grand narrative. While the core story remains the same, the combined format presents it in a fresh and epic style. Rajamouli shared the teaser with the caption: “Here is the teaser of Baahubali: The Epic.” Fans will have to wait for the full trailer to get more details about the film.
What to Expect in Baahubali: The Epic
The film follows the journey of a man who discovers the truth about his past and claims his rightful place on the throne. With the original films being massive hits, expectations are high for this combined edition.
Both films were box office blockbusters, with Baahubali: The Beginning earning approximately ₹650 crores worldwide and Baahubali: The Conclusion collecting a staggering ₹1,788.06 crores, making it the third highest-grossing Indian film of all time, behind Dangal and Pushpa 2: The Rule, according to SACNILC.
