Forest County Welcomes Lord Ganesha with Devotion and Joy
Pune, 29th August 2025: Forest County Society located at Kharadi welcomed Lord Ganesha with robust beats of drums accompanied by a procession that saw residents of all age groups from children to senior citizens participating in large numbers.
The beautifully adorned idol of Lord Ganesha was welcomed with traditional rituals and chanting, filling the atmosphere with divine energy. Children enthusiastically took part in cultural programs, including classical dance, music, and skits depicting the life of Lord Ganesha. Women of the society prepared delicious prasad and led devotional aartis, while men actively contributed to organizing the pandal, decorations, and arrangements.
Senior citizens added warmth and wisdom to the occasion by singing, dancing and performing skits making the evening even more enjoyable.
The divine celebration not only strengthened the spiritual bond but also fostered togetherness, harmony, and a sense of belonging among all residents, making it a truly memorable and heart-warming celebration.
