Pune/Mumbai, 11th September 2025: Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has instructed the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) to prepare a detailed project report (DPR) within a month for two major road projects in Pune—Chandni Chowk to Jambhul Wadi and Jain Hostel Bakori Phata to Bakori roads.

Pawar also directed the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to immediately convene meetings with landowners to expedite the land acquisition process for both projects.

The directives were issued during a review meeting held at the Deputy Chief Minister’s office in Mantralaya, Mumbai. The discussions focused on road infrastructure projects, including Chandni Chowk–Jambhul Wadi, Jain Hostel Bakori Phata–Bakori, Wagholi–Kesanand, and Wagholi–Avhalwadi.
