Manipur Farmer’s Son Builds Publicly Listed IT Firm in Pune; Launches Maharashtra’s First AMD Centre of Excellence
Pune, 10th October 2025: From the humble beginnings of a farmer’s family in Manipur to leading a publicly listed IT company, Ranjit Mayengbam, Managing Director and Chairman of 3C IT Solutions & Telecoms (India) Limited (3C ITS), has emerged as an inspiring example of determination, innovation, and leadership.
In collaboration with global technology leader AMD, 3C ITS is set to launch Maharashtra’s first AMD Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Pune on November 10, 2025, to empower students, teachers, and researchers. The centre will be inaugurated by Shri Pankaj Dessai, Director (Channels & SMB), AMD, and Aashish Sawant, National Sales Manager, AMD.
Many dignitaries from across the country are expected to attend the inaugural ceremony.
A proud alumnus of a government school in Manipur, Ranjit’s journey reflects the power of education, hard work, and vision. Today, 3C ITS stands as a symbol of Indian enterprise and technological excellence, driving digital transformation across industries and delivering innovation-led, customer-centric IT and telecom solutions.
Ranjit is also one of the founding members of AMAND (Association of Manipuri Diaspora), Pune, an organization promoting community welfare and cultural unity.
Continuing his mission to give back to society, Ranjit has announced the establishment of the 3C ITS – AMD Centre of Excellence, which will serve as a hub for innovation, research, and advanced technology enablement. The centre will focus on artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and next-generation digital infrastructure, while offering students, educators, and researchers access to cutting-edge tools, mentorship, and real-world project opportunities.
Speaking on the launch, Ranjit Mayengbam, MD and Chairman of 3C ITS, said, “This Centre of Excellence is not just about technology—it’s about creating opportunities.
