Annual NABARD Progressive Employees Welfare Association Camp Held at Sinhagad, Pune
Pune, 11th October 2025: The annual educational camp of the NABARD Progressive Employees Welfare Association was held on October 11 and 12, 2025, at the foothills of Sinhagad, Pune. Organized every year for the past 30 to 35 years, the camp aims to foster unity, dedication, and camaraderie among the association’s workers, office bearers, and active members. It also focuses on preparing new cadres of committed and selfless workers to strengthen the organization.
The camp was attended by Prof. Dr. Vilas, Director and Head of the Department of Lifelong Learning, Studies and Extension at Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with Dr. Aadhav, who was the chief guest. Addressing the participants, he emphasized the role and responsibilities of workers within the organization. He encouraged members to unite on the platform of the association, support each other, and contribute to the all-round development of SC and ST communities.
Prakash Sawant, President of the organization, presided over the event. The keynote address was delivered by B.B. Ghadge, National General Secretary of the All India NABARD Progressive Employees Welfare Association. He urged workers to remain actively involved in the organization and contribute in every possible way—physically, financially, and socially.

“This organization is not only about issues like promotions or transfers. It is about ensuring that every SC and ST member lives with self-respect, grows personally, and strengthens the organization collectively,” Shri Ghadge said.
The camp was moderated by Shubhangi Pardikar, and in the concluding session, participants expressed their commitment and responsibilities toward the organization, pledging to work together for its continued growth and prominence.
The camp was successfully organized under the leadership of Ankush Kamble, with valuable support from Parshuram Kamble of Pune. Key office bearers including Ambokar, Prakash Sawant, Ankush Kamble, and Parshuram Kamble played an instrumental role in the smooth and effective conduct of the two-day program.
