Dreams Per Square Feet Evolves Into Urban Nest Inside, Diwali Edition Now Live

Pune, 13th October 2025: After three successful years celebrating India’s real estate growth and innovation, Dreams Per Square Feet has entered a new era as Urban Nest Inside, now officially registered under the Registrar of Newspapers for India (RNI No: MHENG/25/A2127). The magazine is a joint venture of Dreamworks University and Punekarnews.

The Festival 2025 Edition (Vol. 1, Issue 1) marks the first issue under the new name, symbolizing the magazine’s evolution from a regional publication into a national hybrid platform uniting print and digital audiences across India.
