Pune Gang War: Ganesh Kale Shot Dead in Kondhwa; Link to Andekar Gang Suspected

Kondhwa, 1st November 2025: A man identified as Ganesh Kale was shot dead in a firing incident in the Kondhwa area today. According to preliminary information, Kale was the brother of Datta Kale, who is associated with the Andekar gang.
Police sources said Ganesh Kale died on the spot after being hit by bullets. The firing took place within the jurisdiction of Kondhwa Police Station.
Investigators suspect that the murder may be linked to ongoing gang rivalries. After the Vanraj murder case, gangster Krishna Andekar had reportedly given money to Datta Kale to rent a room in the Ambegaon Pathar area and monitor the movements of rival gang members.
Kondhwa Police and Crime Branch have launched an investigation and are trying to trace the shooters involved in the case. Heavy police presence has been deployed in the area to maintain law and order.
