Pune, 28th November 2025: To prevent overcrowding and ensure a smooth hearing process, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) has clarified that only motor vehicle cases filed before November 1, 2025, and issued notices for the upcoming National Lok Adalat will be taken up on December 13, 2025.

Officials said that several citizens are likely to visit the court assuming that all pending motor vehicle cases will be included in the National Lok Adalat. However, only the cases that were registered before November 1 and have received Lok Adalat notices have been scheduled for resolution on the designated day.

The DLSA has further informed that tokens issued during the previous Lok Adalat held on September 13, 2025, will not be applicable for this session. Citizens who obtained tokens during that event are advised not to visit the court for those cases during the December Lok Adalat.

The appeal has been jointly issued by the District Legal Services Authority, Pune City Traffic Police, Pimpri-Chinchwad Traffic Police and Highway Police. Officials have urged citizens to verify the status of their cases beforehand to avoid inconvenience and unnecessary crowding at court premises.
