Pune EOW Arrests Key Accused Sheetal Tejwani in Mundhwa Land Scam Case
Pune, 3rd December 2025: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Pune Police has detained Sheetal Tejwani in connection with alleged corrupt land transactions in Mundhwa, Pune. Tejwani is accused of having acted as power-of-attorney for the original land holders (Watandars) and later selling the property to Amadea Enterprises LLP — a company reportedly 99 percent owned by Parth Pawar, son of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
Tejwani, who was previously believed to be evading arrest, was apprehended on Wednesday. She had been named alongside Parth Pawar’s business associate Digvijay Patil and others in allegations of cheating and misappropriation.
Authorities say the investigation is still underway and further details will be released in the coming days.
