All Ten Bays Free at Pune Airport; Passenger Services Stable, Confirms Director

Pune, 8th December 2025: Pune Airport authorities have clarified that flight operations are running smoothly, with no aircraft stranded on the apron, amid concerns over logistical disruptions linked to the ongoing IndiGo crisis in the aviation sector.

Airport Director Santosh Dhoke said all ten aircraft parking bays are currently free and fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted airside capacity. “Pune Airport confirms that all ten aircraft parking bays are currently vacant, with no IndiGo aircraft or any other airline aircraft stranded on the apron. Airside capacity is fully available, ensuring smooth aircraft movements and optimal utilisation of resources,” he stated.

According to the airport administration, arrivals, departures, and ground handling activities remain unaffected. Airlines are operating strictly as per their approved schedules, and terminal services continue to function efficiently without delays.

Dhoke added that the airport is in continuous coordination with stakeholders to maintain seamless services. “The airport continues to maintain close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure sustained operational continuity and a seamless experience for all passengers,” he said.

Passenger facilitation measures, security checks, and support services are reported to be stable, offering reassurance to travellers flying in and out of Pune.
