NCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Registration Begins for 1,607 Posts, Stipend Benefits Available
New Delhi, 30th May 2026: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has announced the recruitment of 1,607 apprentices for the 2026-27 session. The online application process will begin on 1st June and continue until 15th June.
The vacancies include 241 Graduate Apprentices, 305 Diploma Apprentices, 906 ITI Trade Apprentices, and 155 Paramedical Apprentices. Interested candidates must register through the NATS portal for Graduate and Diploma Apprenticeships, while ITI candidates must apply through the NAPS portal.
Applicants must be Indian citizens aged between 18 and 26 years. Candidates should have completed their qualifying course after June 2022 and must not have undergone previous apprenticeship training or possess more than one year of work experience. The qualifying institution should be located in Uttar Pradesh or Madhya Pradesh.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per government apprenticeship norms and gain practical industry experience during the training period.
There is no application fee for the recruitment drive. Selection will be based on academic merit, followed by document verification and a medical examination. No written test will be conducted. The merit list is expected to be released on 20th June 2026.
