Pune: Deccan Queen, Intercity Express Cancelled on July 8
Pune, 7th July 2026: Train services between Pune and Mumbai continue to remain disrupted due to the landslide in the Karjat–Lonavala ghat section, with Central Railway cancelling several key intercity services on Wednesday, July 8.
According to the latest operational bulletin, some trains have also been short-terminated or will originate from alternate stations as restoration work continues in the affected section.
Major Pune–Mumbai Trains Cancelled
The following prominent Pune–Mumbai trains scheduled for July 8 have been cancelled:
Train No. 12124 Pune–CSMT Deccan Queen
Train No. 12128 Pune–CSMT Intercity Express
Train No. 12127 CSMT–Pune Intercity Express
Train No. 12123 CSMT–Pune Deccan Queen
Trains Short-Terminated
Several trains arriving in Mumbai will terminate before reaching their scheduled destination:
Train No. 12116 Solapur–CSMT Express will terminate at Pune.
Train No. 11302 Bengaluru–CSMT Express will terminate at Pune.
Train No. 22731 Hyderabad–CSMT Express will terminate at Pune.
Train No. 16553 SMVT Bengaluru–LTT Express will terminate at Pune.
Train No. 11030 Kolhapur–CSMT Express will terminate at Khadki.
Train No. 16340 Nagercoil–LTT Express will terminate at Khadki.

The following outbound trains towards southern destinations will commence from alternate stations on July 8:

Train No. 12115 CSMT–Solapur Express will originate from Pune.
Train No. 16554 LTT–SMVT Bengaluru Express will originate from Pune.
Train No. 16339 LTT–Nagercoil Express will originate from Khadki.
Train No. 11139 CSMT–Hosapete Express will originate from Khadki.
Train No. 22732 CSMT–Hyderabad Express will originate from Daund using the rake of Train No. 12702.
