Pune: Central Railway Diverts 8 Long-Distance Trains, Alters Origin and Termination of 4 Services on July 11
Pune, 10th July 2026: Central Railway has announced diversions, short originations and short terminations of several long-distance trains scheduled to operate on July 11, 2026, as restoration work continues following landslides on the Lonavala–Karjat section.
Trains Diverted on July 11
The following trains departing on July 11 will operate on diverted routes:
18520 LTT–Visakhapatnam Express – Diverted via Kalyan–Manmad–Daund–Solapur
20822 Santragachi–Pune Express – Diverted via Manmad–Daund Chord Line
11017 LTT–Karwar Express – Diverted via Kalyan–Manmad–Daund–Solapur
20954 Ahmedabad–MGR Chennai Central Express – Diverted via Surat–Paldhi–Manmad–Daund–Solapur
22194 Gwalior–Daund Express – Diverted via Surat–Paldhi–Manmad
22718 Secunderabad–Rajkot Express – Diverted via Daund–Manmad–Jalgaon–Paldhi–Surat
Short Originating Trains
The following trains will commence their journeys from alternate stations on July 11:
11029 CSMT–Kolhapur Koyna Express – Will short originate from Pune at its scheduled departure time.
11301 CSMT–Bengaluru Express – Will short originate from Pune at its scheduled departure time.
12115 CSMT–Solapur Siddheshwar Express – Will short originate from Khadki at its scheduled departure time.
11139 CSMT–Hosapete Express – Will short originate from Khadki at its scheduled departure time.
Short Terminated Train
11030 Kolhapur–CSMT Koyna Express, scheduled to arrive on July 11, will be short terminated at Khadki instead of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT).
The operational changes have been announced due to the ongoing restoration work on the Lonavala–Karjat section, where train services continue to be affected following multiple landslides caused by heavy rainfall.
