Delhi Public School Team Wins Pune Round of TCS InQuizitive 2026, Qualifies for National Finale
Pune, 30th July 2026: Students from Delhi Public School emerged winners of the Pune edition of TCS InQuizitive 2026, Tata Consultancy Services’ inter-school quiz competition, securing a place in the national finale.
Shreyas Thakur and Rohit Acharya won the Pune round after competing against 326 teams from 48 schools across the city. The competition was open to students from Grades 8 to 12.
The Pune event was attended by Dr. Arvind A. Natu, Chairman of the Board of Governors at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), as the chief guest, along with Prasad M. Shastri, Region Head, TCS Pune.
The quiz featured questions across subjects including current affairs, entertainment, sports, business, advertising and social media, with a significant focus on science and technology topics such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, biometrics and robotics.
Now in its 28th year, TCS InQuizitive is being held across 12 cities this year, including Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad, Indore and Nagpur. Winners from each city will compete in the TCS InQuizitive National Finale later this year for the national title.
