Meet Swayam Maheshwari, the Young Leader Shaping Majestique Landmarks’ Future
Pune, 5th August 2026: As Pune continues to expand as one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets, city-based developer Majestique Landmarks is preparing for its next phase of growth with a greater focus on technology, customer experience and strategic expansion.
The company, led by Founder and Managing Director Manish Maheshwari, has delivered more than 30 residential projects comprising over 15,000 homes and more than 1 crore square feet of development. According to the company, it currently has over 18 ongoing projects with more than 2 crore square feet under development across Pune.
Speaking about the company’s future direction, Swayam Maheshwari, one of the youngest members of Majestique Landmarks’ board, said the objective is to build on the foundation created over the past two decades while adapting to changing customer expectations.
“The greatest advantage of being part of Majestique is learning from a legacy built on trust. Our responsibility is to preserve those values while continuously evolving to meet the aspirations of tomorrow’s homebuyers,” he said.
Swayam, who completed his schooling at Symbiosis International School and graduated from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, said his exposure to international real estate markets has influenced his perspective on urban development and brand building.
“My exposure to international markets has helped me understand how cities evolve, how enduring brands are built and how customer expectations continue to change. At the same time, my biggest learning has come from working closely with my father, Manish Maheshwari, and understanding the importance of trust, long-term relationships and disciplined execution,” he said.

According to Swayam, technology will play a key role in shaping the company’s future.
“We see technology as an enabler of better decision-making, stronger customer engagement and improved business processes. Real estate today is not just about constructing buildings; it’s about creating meaningful experiences and sustainable communities,” he said.
He added that the company intends to strengthen its brand while exploring opportunities for expansion beyond its existing markets.
“Pune will always remain the foundation of our journey. Going forward, we want to build a brand that is recognised not only for quality developments but also for innovation, customer trust and long-term value creation,” Swayam said.
Majestique Landmarks said it remains committed to timely project delivery, quality construction and customer-centric development as it prepares for the next phase of growth.
Backed by more than two decades of experience in Pune’s real estate sector, the company aims to further strengthen its presence through strategic expansion, technology-led transformation and enhanced customer experiences.
