PROP CONNECT 2026 Sets New Benchmark for India’s Real Estate Industry, Showcases Power of Collaboration and Knowledge
Pune, 7th July 2026: Despite heavy rainfall across Maharashtra and significant travel disruptions, PROP CONNECT 2026 concluded on a grand and successful note, setting a new benchmark for collaboration, networking, and professional development in India’s real estate sector.
Organised by the Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) in association with the National Association of Realtors – India (NAR-India) at JW Marriott Pune, the conference witnessed a houseful gathering of real estate professionals, making it one of the largest and most impactful real estate networking events held in Pune.
What made the event particularly remarkable was the overwhelming participation despite adverse weather conditions. Heavy rainfall disrupted travel across Maharashtra, including major delays on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and difficult conditions in the Nashik region. Nevertheless, delegates from Mumbai, Nashik, and several other cities made every effort to attend, reflecting the industry’s strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and business growth.
Professionals from 38 cities across India came together under one roof, embodying the event’s theme, “Connect. Collaborate. Grow.” The conference provided valuable opportunities for networking, business exchanges, referral partnerships, market insights, and the development of long-term professional relationships among real estate consultants, developers, investors, and industry leaders.

The organisers acknowledged their continued support and expressed hope that both speakers would participate in future editions of PROP CONNECT.
The event concluded with an entertaining performance by comedian Vipul Goyal, bringing an enjoyable close to a day filled with learning, networking, and celebration.
