Pune Property News: Mega Home Buying Festival To Bring 150+ Projects On 29-30th August
Pune, 13th August 2026: The ninth edition of the Pune Mega Home Buying Festival will be held on August 29 and 30 at two venues in the city, Radisson Blu Hotel in Kharadi and Hotel Tip Top International in Wakad.
The exhibition is being organised by Aquarius Ventures. According to the organisers, more than 50 developers will participate across both venues and showcase over 150 residential and commercial projects.
The two-day event will allow prospective homebuyers to view and compare projects from different parts of Pune, including their locations, configurations and price ranges. Developers will also be available at the venues for direct interactions with visitors.
The organisers said the previous edition saw participation from more than 3,600 families. This year’s event is being held ahead of Ganesh Utsav.
The exhibition will also be open to property investors, channel partners and other real estate professionals.
The Pune Mega Home Buying Festival 2026 will be held on August 29 and 30, 2026, with the East Pune venue at Radisson Blu Hotel in Kharadi and the West Pune venue at Hotel Tip Top International in Wakad. Entry to the event will be open to homebuyers, investors, channel partners, and real estate professionals.
