IREC 2026 Hyderabad: Pune Realtors Urged to Attend Global Real Estate Conference
Pune, 27th August 2026: The International Real Estate Conference (IREC) 2026 is scheduled to be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad from September 25 to 27, bringing together real estate professionals from India and overseas.
Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) President Udayan Mane, who is also the Head of the West Zone for NAR-India, has called on Pune realtors to participate in the three-day conference.
IREC 2026 is being organised under the aegis of the National Association of Realtors, with NAR-India holding the hosting rights and the Hyderabad Realtors Association handling the local hosting. It is the first edition of the international conference to be hosted in India.
According to the conference website, the event is expected to have more than 2,000 participants from over 35 countries, along with 75-plus speakers and more than 100 exhibitors and partners.
The conference will cover international real estate markets, cross-border investment, PropTech, technology, innovation and urban development. The programme includes keynote sessions, panel discussions, CEO roundtables and breakout sessions.
The event will also feature an Innovation Showcase and Luxury Property Expo alongside the main conference.
IREC 2026 is the seventh edition of the biennial conference. Previous editions were held in Manila, Bangkok, Incheon, Hanoi, Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur.
The Hyderabad conference will conclude on September 27 and is expected to include participants from the real estate, investment, technology and policy sectors.
