Pune: Hadapsar–Muzaffarpur Special Train Extended Till November
Pune, 17 September 2026: Railways has extended the operation of 20 services of the Hadapsar–Muzaffarpur–Hadapsar Weekly Special to meet passenger demand during the festive season.
Train No. 05590 Hadapsar–Muzaffarpur Weekly Special, which operates every Thursday, has been extended from September 24 to November 26, 2026. The train was earlier notified to run up to July 16. The extension covers 10 services.
In the return direction, Train No. 05589 Muzaffarpur–Hadapsar Weekly Special, operating every Tuesday, has been extended from September 22 to November 24, 2026. It was earlier scheduled to run up to July 14, with the extension covering 10 services.
The extended services will operate with a revised composition comprising one First AC-cum-AC 2-Tier coach, eight AC 3-Tier coaches, one AC 3-Tier Economy coach, eight Sleeper Class coaches, two General Second Class coaches, one Second Seating-cum-Guard’s Brake Van and one Generator Car.
There will be no change in the timings, route, halts or days of operation of the extended services.
Bookings
Bookings for the extended trips of Train No. 05590 Hadapsar–Muzaffarpur Special will open at Passenger Reservation System (PRS) locations and through the IRCTC website from September 18, 2026.
Tickets for the unreserved coaches can be booked through the UTS system at normal charges. Passengers can also use the RailOne app for ticket bookings.
Details of timings at intermediate halts can be checked through the railway enquiry system or the NTES app.
