Senior Living Housing Segment Gains Momentum In Pune As New Project Comes Up In Bhugaon

Pune, 18th September 2026: A senior living residential project offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments is currently under construction in Bhugaon, adding to the growing retirement housing segment in Pune.
Located on Pune’s western outskirts, Bhugaon has witnessed steady residential development in recent years, with developers increasingly exploring projects tailored to the needs of older adults and retirees.
According to information shared about the project, 2 BHK apartments will have carpet areas of around 870 sq. ft., with prices starting from ₹87 lakh. The 3 BHK units will offer approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of carpet area, with prices beginning at ₹1.15 crore.
Senior living communities are emerging as a distinct segment within the housing market, combining private residences with facilities and services intended to support convenience, safety and community interaction. However, specific details regarding amenities, healthcare facilities, maintenance services, possession timelines and developer information for the Bhugaon project have not been disclosed.

According to the project information, apartment configurations currently include: 2 BHKs amounting to approximately 870 sq. ft., priced at ₹87 lakh onwards and 3 BHK’s around 1,000 sq. ft., from ₹1.15 crore onwards
