FUSION 2026: 24-Hour International Hackathon to Be Held at SKNCOE Pune
Pune, 7th October 2026: The SKN IEEE Student Branch and IIC E-Cell of Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering (SKNCOE), Pune, will organise FUSION 2026, a 24-hour international hackathon, on October 9 and 10 at the college campus.
The hackathon will be held under the theme “Innovate for Climate. Engineer the Future” and will focus on developing technology-based solutions to real-world challenges related to climate and sustainability.
During the 24-hour event, participating teams will work on problem statements and develop prototypes or technology-driven solutions. The organisers said the event will provide participants with an opportunity to collaborate and demonstrate their technical and problem-solving skills.
The event has a prize pool of more than ₹3.5 lakh. According to the organisers, lucky draw winners will also have a chance to win trips to Manali and Mahabaleshwar.
Each team can have a maximum of four members. The registration fee is ₹1,500 per team.
International teams will participate online, while teams from India will attend the hackathon in person at SKNCOE, Pune.
