Sapore Di Mare, A Seafood Indulgence at Marriott Suites Pune
Pune, 21st October 2018: Sorriso, the Italian specialty restaurant at Marriott Suites Pune is set to host yet another interesting food concept this month. The hotel will be offering a one of a kind Italian inspired seafood experience to its guests. Fresh produce will be presented to guests on the table along with all-Italian aperitifs to accompany the delicacies.
The menu will include seafood antipasti, soups, pizzas, pastas and mains. Some of the dishes in this extensive menu will be Zuppetta Di Granchio (A classic soup made with the most sweet crustaceous Crab, celery carrot onion, slow cooked and served with crab meat and crab claws, mind your dress!) Risotto al Nero Di Seppia (Vialone Nano rice toasted and wet with white wine, slow cooked with fish broth, squid ink, and sautéed cuttlefish with green peas as a garnish) Pizza del Pescatore (Fisherman pizza, with tomato garlic base, sautéed prawns, mussels, clams ,calamari, fresh parsley and mozzarella cheese), Fritto Misto (Calamari, Prawns, salmon, seabass, mussels, sardines, mackerel, seasoned and breaded with semolina flour and deep fried till golden, served with tartare sauce and crunchy vegetables). End the meal with two desserts inspired by the Italian sailors – Sorbetto al Limone and Gelato e frutti di Bosco!
