GoAir announces full waiver on cancellation, rescheduling fee to and from Singapore, Bangkok & Phuket

04 February 2020: In view of the ongoing situation due to an outbreak of a Novel Coronavirus in the People’s Republic of China, GoAir is offering full waiver on cancellation and rescheduling fee for flights to and from Singapore, Bangkok and Phuket until 29 February 2020.

• This is applicable to passengers who have already booked with GoAir
• The customer has an option to cancel without any charges, or rebook to a later date, by paying the applicable fare differential (if any)
• Passengers who has an outbound travel before the 29th February, 2020 with a return booked beyond 29th February, 2020 are also eligible Passengers are requested to visit the airline website www.goair.in or reach out to our customer care team at 18602100999.
