Pune : Autorickshaw driver returns bag valuables to passenger

Pune, February 4, 2020 : Kathan Pandya who was travelling from Vadodara to Pune, boarded a prepaid autorickshaw from Pune station to reach to Popular Hotel, Sinhgad Road.

After alighting from the autorickshaw, he forgot his bag with costly belongings in it.

Aziz Sheikh, the auto rickshaw driver, saw that bag and immediately called CityGlide Auto Prepaid Booth customer care. The customer care execuitve tried calling on customer’s number but unfortunately given number was incorrect. CityGlide Auto with their standard operating procedures traced customer and contacted him.

Then, Sheikh traveled all the way from Kondhwa to Sinhgad road and returned the bag which contained gold chain, cash and documents. Pandya also gave written feedback regarding the driver’s honesty and CityGlide system.

CityGlide Auto is trying to make public transport more efficient and with India’s first 100% Automated Prepaid Booth this seems possible.
