Twitter cited the reason for this as a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of America by Ravi Shankar Prasad. However, Twitter later reopened Ravi Shankar Prasad’s account with a warning.

In the second screenshot, information about getting account access has been given. Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad lashed out on Twitter about this entire incident, saying that this is the limit of arbitrariness.

 At the same time, the reason Twitter has stopped access to the account is that ‘Your account is being blocked because we have received a complaint under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act regarding the posting of content on your Twitter account.
