Abhinav English Medium School wins inter school quiz competition
Pune, 5th February 2025: Abhinav English Medium School won ‘Yakshaprashna’, an inter school quiz competition organized by Bhaashaa Foundation. City Pride School, Nigadi and Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s Paranjape Vidya Mandir School bagged second and third place respectively. The quiz competition was recently held at the Ganesh Auditorium at the New English School, Tilak Road and over 40 schools participated in the competition.
This was the 11th edition of this annual quiz competition which is conducted for the students of class 6th to 8th. Meghshyam Shirodkar played the role of a quiz master for the competition and renowned cartoonist Charuhas Pandit was the Chief Guest for the prize distribution ceremony.
Top 3 teams were awarded with Trophies and all the participating teams were presented with the certificate of participation and a lot of books. The theme of this year’s competition was ‘Tale of Cities’, informed Swati Raje, Founder of Bhaasha Foundation. Jaydeep Raje, Leena Pingale and the representatives of S J Contracts, Purva Nritya Aakruti and Cake Studio who supported the event were also present on the occasion.
