Actress Kangana Ranaut Embarks From The Silver Screen To Politics.
27 March, 2024 PUNE: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut was recently nominated to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from Mandi Lok Sabha seat in Himachal Pradesh, marking her entry into politics, while maintaining her distinguished presence in the entertainment industry.
Ranaut’s announcement has sparked interest and is making headlines regarding her upcoming film projects alongside her political endeavours.
Amidst her political commitments, Ranaut is all set to entice the audience with her performance in several upcoming films. Her much-awaited film “Emergency” ,set to release in 2024, just 10 days after the Lok Sabha election results, is gaining attention. In this film, Ranaut will not only play former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi but will also act as a director, showcasing her multifaceted talent.
Ranaut is also all set to collaborate with South Indian superstar Rajinikanth in an upcoming film, the title of which is yet to be announced. Alongside Rajinikanth, the movie will feature the renowned actor R Madhavan in this cinematic experience.
The popular franchise “Tanu Weds Manu” is also awaiting the release of the third installment, where Ranaut will reprise her role as Tanu.
