Actress Poonam Pandey’ Gets Husband Arrested On Charges Of Molestation During Honeymoon

Goa, September 23, 2020: Actress and model Poonam Pandey recently got married to long term boyfriend Sam Bombay during the COVID-19 lockdown. However, things took a dark turn when the recently married couple went on a honeymoon in Goa.
The couple were staying in Canacona village in South Goa. Pandey is currently shooting there for a film. In a shocking turn of events, Pandey reached out to Goa police accusing her husband of molesting and threatening her.
According to the Inspector of Canacona police station Tukaram Chavan, Pandey reported the incident late at night on Monday and accused her husband of sexually assaulting her and threatening her with dire consequences if she told anybody. “He was arrested soon and the victim was subjected to required medical tests”, said the inspector.
Husband granted bail by a court in Goa
After Poonam Pandey’s husband Sam Bombay was arrested by Goa police on charges of molestation and threatening the victim, he received bail from a court in Goa.
The police said today that Sam Bombay was granted bail today after he was arrested for a serious crime like sexual assault and allegedly threatening the victim.
According to an official, Bombay was granted bail on Tuesday evening by Judicial Magistrate first class Shanoor Audi on the surety of Rs 20,000.
Sam has been asked to report to Canacona police for four days and has been told not to engage or interact with the witness.
