ADP Hosts “Bring Your Kids to Work” for its associates
Pune, November 2019: ADP hosted ‘Bring Your Kids to Work’ – a fun event when children of its associates visited their workplace and enjoyed various fun activities. This is the third consecutive year that ADP has conducted ‘Bring Your Kids to Work’ event. This year, more than 350 children visited ADP offices across its Pune and Hyderabad locations and participated in various fun and engaging activities.
The event started with a welcome note & introduction of the associate’s children. The kids were given a tour of the premises for them to get an idea of where their parents work, explore how a workplace looks like, and have fun while doing all of these. The children also participated in a painting activity, art & craft competition and enjoyed the puppet show and the fancy dress. ADP also recognized the kids with special talent in public eloquence, singing, dancing, Olympiads etc.
Sharing his thoughts on the initiative, Mr. Vipul Singh, DVP and Head of HR, CSR and Communications, ADP Private Limited said, “Children have a curious desire to visit their parents’ office at least once. At ADP, we have been fulfilling that desire of our associates’ children for three consecutive years. During the ‘Bring Your Kids to Work’ event, we do more than just invite children to our workplace; we engage them in a series of fun activities, welcome them to explore the workplace of their parent and shower them with a lot of affection. This event is more than an opportunity for our associates to excitedly say “I’m taking you to my office” to their kids. This is the sweetest gathering that livens up our workplace and leaves a sense of ‘one family’ for a long time amongst our associates. The event is also one of the many ways we try to provide the best associate experience.”
