Mumbai 2nd July 2023: Days after reports of Ajit Pawar being unhappy with the party leadership over not making him the state chief of the party, Ajit Pawar and party leaders supporting him have reached Raj Bhavan in Mumbai where they are all set to take oath to become part of the current state government.

 

According to reports, Ajit Pawar will take oath as Deputy Chief Minister while several MLAs joining him will also be given oath ministers in the Shinde-Fadnavis government.

 

NCP leader Ajit Pawar earlier today held a meeting of party MLAs at Mumbai and soon after the meeting concluded they all rushed to the Rajbhavan in Mumbai where they will officially join the state government. Meanwhile Shivsena Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray leader Sanjay Raut has tweeted that NCP chief Sharad Pawar is not supporting the revolt.
