Arcturus 2018: Women in Leadership
Arcturus 2018: The Leadership Conclave, a two-day summit was conducted at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune on 27th & 28thJuly 2018. The theme for Arcturus 2018 was Women in Leadership: The Time Is Now.
On Day 1, Ms Neha Saxena Shenoy– Talent and Leadership Development for RB Health, South Asia, Africa and the Middle East, Reckitt Benckiser delivered a keynote speech on the topic Organisations and Society, Nurturing the Woman Leaders of Tomorrow. Ms Ashitha Mollera Executive Director, Data & Analytics, KPMG spoke on the keynote topic: The Future of Business Intelligence. A panel discussion on the topic Metamorphosis: Intelligence Quotient to Learning Quotient was conducted with Ms Ankita Poddar– HR Business Partner, Amazon India, Ms Kaushambi Nag – Solution Manager, OrgSolutions, New Ventures, Mckinsey & Company, Ms Nandini Mehta Asst. Vice President – Heading Business HR, Max Fashions, Landmark Group and Ms. Ashitha Mollera as the panellists.
On Day 2, of the Arcturus 2018 began with Ms Kirti Poddar– Head, Talent Acquisition and EVP, India and APAC, Kellogg India, who delivered a keynote speech on the topic, ‘Classroom to Boardroom’. Ms AnupamTrehan– Head of HR (India & SAARC), Cisco Systems gave a keynote speech on the topic, HRM: India Vs. The World. She talked about digitization as a tool of support for human resources. The keynote speeches were followed by a panel discussion on Delegation to Collaboration.
The speakers were: Ms Sunita Gyanchandani – Diversity and Inclusion Lead, South Asia, Unilever Ms Anisha Agarwal – External Communications, IKEA India Major Aditi Mohan – VP & Head – Corporate Services, Fidelity National Financial Ms Aparna Shailen – Director, HR Operations, Alight Solutions Ms Yoshita Swarup Sharma, Co-founder, Ready to Ascend.
