Babywearing Dance on the occassion of International Babywearing Week
Pune – Seasons mall, will witness a unique dance by young moms along with their babies; they proudly call it ‘Dance of Liberation’. Yes you heard it right; they’ll dance on melodious songs, their hands will be up in the air and at the same time they’ll hold babies close to their heart. And this magic is made possible by Babywearing.
This performance is dedicated to the International Babywearing Week. The objective behind this event is to share the happiness and celebrate freedom that Babywearing has offered them. They’ll break the taboo that new moms should stay at home to take care of their young babies which often leads to Post Partum Depression.
Jahanvi Ballani says, ‘Babywearing leads to comfort, closeness, bonding and liberation all at the same time. Many parents have found a solution for everything from housekeeping to hiking – and that’s babywearing.’
