Bangladeshi minor girl sold for Rs 60,000 for prostitution in Pune

Pune – Three women including a minor girl from Bangladesh have been rescued by Pune city police from the redlight area of Budhwar Peth. The minor girl was sold here for prostitution for Rs 60,000.

After getting information received by police personnel Tushar Alhat, Ganesh Jagtap and Nanita Yele, a team raided the brothel on Tuesday evening and rescued the victims. The brothelkeeper Simla Tamang (51) has been arrested. A case was registered against her with Faraskhana police station.

Police are looking for the agent who brought the women here.
