Bollywood Producer and Actor Shantanu Bhamare in 2nd Lead Role for Marathi Film Teen Tolyache Mangalsutra

Pune, 29th November 2024 – Bollywood producer and actor Shantanu Bhamare is set to make his Marathi film debut in 2nd lead role with Teen Tolyache Mangalsutra. Produced by Nirzara Entertainment, the film is written, directed, and produced by Dinesh Kale, who also plays the first lead role as Mahesh. Shantanu Bhamare will portray the second lead role as Rajat, while Prachi Thorat and Priti Paul take on parallel lead roles as Rasika and Anita, respectively.

The film’s technical team includes DOP and editor Giri S. Raj, along with Umesh Patil and Suresh Sathe. Makeup is handled by Neha Bhansali, Geeta Dhamale, Vidya Ganesh, and Priya Sonawane. The movie is scheduled for release next year, with promotional activities already in full swing.

Shantanu Bhamare is well-known for his versatile roles in Bollywood. He recently signed on for veteran filmmaker Rajeev Chaudhari’s upcoming Bollywood feature film, Shaque – The Doubt. In this project, Bhamare will portray an underworld don. Chaudhari, who gained fame for Beiimaan Love starring Sunny Leone, will direct, write, and produce the film, with music composed by Hriju Roy. Shooting for Shaque will take place in London.

Bhamare’s notable performances include his role as a jailer in Fire of Love: RED, where he starred alongside Kamlesh Sawant (Drishyam, Bhoothnath Returns). His performance was widely appreciated, particularly for his ability to deliver a compelling portrayal without retakes. Sawant praised Bhamare for his powerful and nuanced acting.

Shantanu Bhamare’s acting journey began in 2013 with Suniel Shetty and Mithun Chakraborty in Enemmy. Over the years, he has showcased his talent in films like Mantra (2017), Dosti Ke Side Effects (2019), Jhalki (2019), and Collar Bomb (2021).

In addition to films, Bhamare has appeared in web series such as Scooter Riston Ka and Full Marriage, Half Marriage, No Marriage, both available on Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. He has also ventured into music albums, including:

1. Teri Aashiqui Mein – A romantic album featuring Russian actress Elena Tuteja, with over 1.2 million views.
2. Baby De Ek Chance – A pop song with Miss Maharashtra Abhilasha Suryawanshi, garnering over 500,000 views.
3. Mann Kyun Behka Ja Raha Hai – A seductive romantic track featuring Russian actress Anna Gavrichkova, achieving 1.5 million views.

Bhamare’s upcoming Hindi feature films include New York to Haridwar, Breaking News, Sorry Mother, and Bhagwa. In these films, he will take on diverse and significant roles, further cementing his status as a rising star in Bollywood.
