Central Govt should rethink on GST charged on maintanance charges collected from members of Co Op Housing Societies , said Vandana Chavan MP, on Monday, during her visit to office of Pune Jilha Sahkari Gruh Nirman Mahasangh, in Narayan Peth, Pune.
she said, ‘I will address this GST issue with authorities in Central Governement. Housing federation and We will work together for Training of members of housing societies, awareness building and Environment conservation, she said.
She also said,’ Co Op Housing Societies need Proper Guidance, for Redevelopment and other issues related to Peaceful existance.
