Central Railway also coordinates with other railways in sending urgent medicines, camel milk to patients. Recently, a child from Secunderabad under special treatment needed the camel milk from Falna which was handed over via Bandra Terminus, CSMT to Secunderabad in 28 hours.

In another incident of quick thinking, the parcel office collected the medicine parcel from Vikhroli in Mumbai to Chiplun for a heart patient and booked it on Okha-Ernakulam parcel train.
