CHANGE OF COMMAND AT BASE REPAIR DEPOT PUNE

Viman Nagar, 31st December 2024: Air Commodore Ajit Singh Dham assumed the command of Base Repair Depot, Pune on 01 January 2025 from Air Commodore AP Saraph. A ceremonial parade was organised by the depot personnel.

Air Commodore Ajit Singh Dham was commissioned in the Aeronautical Engineering branch of Indian Air Force in the year 1992. He did his BE in Electronics and Telecommunication, PG in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Powai and MS Software system from BITS Pilani. The Air Officer is an alumni of College of Defence Management. In his 32 years of distinguished service, the Air Officer has held numerous prestigious appointments as Senior Technical Officer of a flying squadron, a member of Directorate of Maintenance Staff Inspection, Chief Engineering Officer at Air Force Station Bidar, Director Eng at Air Headquarters. In addition, the Air Officer was part of UN Mission in Congo. Prior to assuming command of this Depot, the Air Officer was serving as Principal Director at Indian Air Force PMT ADA.
