Pune, 20th February 2025: On the auspicious occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, Pune Division, Central Railway, celebrated the legacy of the legendary Maratha warrior, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, whose leadership and vision continue to inspire generations. The event was held at the Pune DRM Office, where Divisional Railway Manager Pune, Rajesh Kumar Varma, along with other dignitaries, paid heartfelt tribute to the Great King.
The event at the Pune DRM Office began with the garlanding of the bust of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, resonating with chants of “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ki Jay.” Rajesh Kumar Varma, DRM Pune, led the ceremony, reflecting on the values of courage, justice, and visionary leadership embodied by the great king.
ADRM, P U Jadhav, Senior DCM, Dr. Milind Hirwe, and Sr. DPO, Jitendra Pratap Singh, also addressed the gathering, highlighting the enduring legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. They emphasized his visionary leadership, administrative brilliance, and commitment to justice and welfare, which continue to inspire and guide the nation.
