Chief Minister Launches Health Check-up Bus for Workers in Maharashtra

Mumbai, 9, 2020 : A digital check-up bus was launched by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray at the Sahyadri Guesthouse today to examine the health of organized and unorganized workers in construction sector, security guards, mathadi workers, workers in companies and others.

This is the third digital health check-up bus in India of Om Gaganagiri Hospital and Occupational Health Services Koparkhairane.

This digital bus will be traveling around the corners of Maharashtra to examine the health of unorganized workers , Mathadi Kamgar Bhavan and other construction workers and ST corporation workers. These workers need to be checked at least once a year compulsorily.

The bus has facility of up-to-date digital X-Ray, digital audio metry eye check-up, deafness check-up , lung examinations and various blood tests apparatus and the bus will go to the workplace to examine the workers.

Transport Minister Anil Parab MLA and Chief Minister’s Secretariat Co-ordinator Ravindra Waikar, Gyan Raj Chougule, Dr. Prakash Shendge and others were present on the occasion.
