Dr.Amit Kamle and Mrs. Pornima Kamle are launching their 3rd series of their spiritual album, ‘Glorify Christ 3’, which is a compilation of Christian Praise & Worship songs in Hindi, Marathi & Punjabi, to encourage and motivate Christian talent in music, under their music label A.K. International Tourism.
“Christian Gospel Music should traverse beyond boundaries of church walls, congregations, denominations & nations. This inspired us to launch Glorify Christ 3”, smiles Dr.Amit Kamle.
The album has recreated three Old Classic Hymns and three fresh numbers. ‘Hoil Vrushti Krupechi’, sung by Sadhana Sargam & ‘Ishwarachi Daya’, sung by Bela Shende in Marathi are inspired from the Upasana Sangeet. The English number, ‘Surrender All’, is from the Hymn book, and sung by Aishwarya Bhandari.
“As a child I grew up listening to my paternal grand-parents, Dr.Madhukar and Indirabai Kamle, sing for us this traditional song from the Upasana Sangeet, ‘Ishwarachi Daya’. I would like to dedicate this song as a tribute to them”, reminisces Dr. Amit Kamle.
That’s not all – Surrender All is also number very close to him, as this was sung to him by his maternal grandparents, Mr.Jiwan and Manorama Kamble, he beams. “This number has been given a symphony feel and the youth too can connect to it”. He would also like to dedicate this number to evangelist Rev. Billy Graham, who passed away last month, as a token of appreciation for his work.
The Punjabi number crooned by popular Bollywood playback singer Javed Ali, ‘Yeshu Twade Naal’, is one Punjabi number which will win the hearts of music lovers.
‘Yeshu Ne Di Hai Shifa’, sung by Bahubali 2 singer Madhushree and ‘Sahayata’, inspired by Psalm 121 and sung by Keerthi Sagathia are soulful hindi numbers sure to touch the listener’s heartstrings.
“Christian Music doesn’t have language barriers. Next we will focus on composing music in regional languages for forthcoming releases. We welcome new singers, composers, lyricist, musicians to come forward”, says Pornima Kamle.
