Citizen paid homage to martyrs celebrating ‘Shaurya Din’

Pune, October 22, 2018: The citizen paid homage to the Jawans who lost their lives for our country, by remembering their contribution on Shaurya Din. In an event jointly organised by ‘Swargiya Saubhagyawati Hirabai Shivaji Galande Foundation’ and ‘National Ex-Servicemen Co-ordination committee, Maharashtra’, families and spouse of the war martyrs were felicitated at the hands of MP Anil Shirole.

In the event organised to honour the contribution of Jawans for the country and to mark the Surgical Strike, Mahendra Galande, chairman of the foundation, Brig Hemant Mahajan (Retd) were also present. Shirole expressed gratitude towards the martyrs and their families and said that it is their efforts for the country that makes us live a peaceful life. In the event, Mahajan enlightened the audience with his view on National Security, Surgical Strike and Rafale Deal.
